Seaview Investors LLC., established in 2006, is a privately owned hotel investment company based in Newport Beach, CA. Our team of experienced hospitality professionals delivers superior results to owners by providing outstanding asset management, project management, and acquisition services. Seaview Investors manages and operates a diverse portfolio of hotel properties located in the Western United States, focusing on both full and limited service hotels. Featuring current franchise agreements with Hilton and Marriott, Seaview oversaw $26 million in renovations to the portfolio in the last three years. Our most recent project was the renovation and rebrand of Burton House Beverly Hills, a Tribute Portfolio by Marriot, formerly the Residence Inn Beverly Hills.

Seaview employs a team of highly-experienced executives with track records of success. Historically, our team members have owned, acquired, operated, developed or managed over 150 hotel properties across every major brand, with over 80 years of collective experience.
